Affilates
May 14, 2007
I recently lost some of my affilates data. If you are an affilate of ModernMorph.com and do not see your website listed on the links page. Then please contact me, so I can add your site again. Sorry about any confusions. Thanks.
Welcome to V4
November 13, 2006
Well I finally got around to uploading version 4 today. I still have much to do on the admin end of things but the user side of the site should be ok (I hope). If you find any missing pages or downloads not working please let me know.
I went ahead and removed the members area of the site and just opened it up to everyone even thou there where 10,000 + members. Version 4 is a complete redesign not only layout wise but backend as well. All the urls are now Search engine friendly, and all of the downloads have specific named urls instead of just a file number. This should help with indexing.
Once I finish the admin end I will try to add more downloads and tutorials.
My Days
May 15, 2006
As requested by my good friend MaryJane, here is an update. ModernMorph.com is going thru a transitional period. I have decided to redo the entire site. New layout and a complete CMS on the back end. This is going to be a lengthy process and will take up alot of my free time, but I will believe it will be worth it in the end. Currently the site is running on many different php scripts writen by someone else and piece together by me. Which makes managing the site a pain at times. Now that I have a better knowledge of php I will write my own.
On top of the redesign I want to add something I have never used before. Version IV will have a flash header and footer. This will be my first time using flash so hopefully it won't be to cheesy. I also plan on using .htaccess to convert my dynamic url's into something more SE friendly. Unfortunatly the redesign will cause alot of url's to change on the site which I understand to be a big no no, but I hope I can do some redirects with .htaccess to take control of that situation. New pages will also consist of a portfolio of past work and a services page to make dealing with potential customers a tad easier.
Along with adding these new things, will come the end of some others. I know for sure I will be removing the comments from the news/blog entries. I just see it as a waste of my time, something else I would have to manage. People can always leave a comment in the shoutbox, which will still be here. Something I haven't quite decided on is the whole members thing. As of right now it will probably be removed. Downloads will still be available much like they are now, but no matter how simple I make the registration process there are always those who can't figure it out. Which inturn is just something else I would have to manage.
I have so many idea's and plans it would take forever to write them all out here. Fans of the site please bear with me. The lack of updates will be worth it in the end. Oh yeah I have alot of PSP tutorials planned too, but one thing at a time. Also I would like to take this time to personally thank those who continue to create Yahoo 6/7 messenger skins, wallpapers, and chat display pics. Your uploads to the site are truely appreciated.

Well I have to say when I heard you could search the web and win prizes I thought "gimic", but I decided to give it a try anyways. The search engine is Blingo. Its cool cause it still uses google for its search results so you barely notice a difference.
How do you win? Its easy! Just use Blingo as you would your normal search engine, they randomly select winners so if you win they will notify you!
I was searching for some randomizing MySql tutorials and I won a $10 gift certificate for i Tunes  They give out all kinds of prizes even Playstation portables and Apple i-pods! So what are you waiting for? You have nothin to lose! Join Sign-up today!

MySpace Counters & Countdowns
March 14, 2005
To those of you that use MySpace, you should check out my latest little project Myspace Counters/Countdowns. It will allow members to create profile hit counters and event countdown counters.
MySpace Counters/Countdowns was something I created after seeing the lack of available hit counters to use on MySpace profiles. Since MySpace does not allow JavaScript or PHP on there profiles, counters/countdowns must be done with PHP images or flash. I have gone the image route to allow more flexabilty to user.
At this time members can create two types of counters/countdowns. First is a hit counter. This will count how many times your profile has been visited then display it on a image, like the one below. Refresh the page and watch it change!
Second is a date countdown image. You will pick a date of a event (e.g. birthday) in the future. The counter will figure out how many days, hours, minutes, and seconds are left untill that day will arrive. Then display it on a image, like the one below. Refresh the page and watch it change!
Users can choose background colors, text colors, fonts, and even premade backgrounds.
