In this tutorial I will show the steps needed to create a high definition television in paint shop pro 9. I am not to sure what you could use this for. Maybe a electronics site. If anything its good practice.
Step 12.
Now create another layer with your rectangle selection tool and holding CTRL remove most of the selection. Leaving just a small portion like the one below. Set your foreground to #c0c0c0 floodfill this selection with the "Fading-Foreground" gradient set to angle 270.
Choose the solid color layer we made then Selections > Select All > Float Do the same thing on the right side as you did on the left but make sure you set the gradient angle to 90.
Select the solid color layer again Selections > Select All > Float. Create a new layer. Use your rectangle selection tool to remove most of the selection. Leaving just the tops of both sides. Flood fill the selection with the same "Fading-Foreground" gradient. This time with the angle set to 180. Set the layer opacity to 68.
