Create a realistic metallic content box for your website in just minutes using Paint Shop Pro 9. I tried to make this tutorial as clear as possible. If you have any suggestions please let me know.
Step 05.
Create a new layer. Layers > New Raster Layer. Using your "Rectangle Selection Tool" make a selection similar to the one you just made but make this one near the bottom. Flood Fill it black. Then like before Selections > Select None. Then Adjust > Blur > Glausian Blur This time set the Glausian Blur radius to 50.
