Create a realistic metallic content box for your website in just minutes using Paint Shop Pro 9. I tried to make this tutorial as clear as possible. If you have any suggestions please let me know.

This step is really only if your background color is something other than black. I am repeating step 4. Select the layer that you flood filled with the "Gray" gradient. Then Selections > Select All back to Selections > Float then again Selections > Invert. Now select the layer you just blurred. Grab your "Eraser Tool" again and start dragging your eraser all around the area we just blurred.
