Create a realistic metallic content box for your website in just minutes using Paint Shop Pro 9. I tried to make this tutorial as clear as possible. If you have any suggestions please let me know.
Step 08.
Create a new layer. Layers > New Raster Layer. We are going to repeat all of these steps again. Using your "Rectangle Selection Tool" make a small selection across the top. Flood fill it with a light gray #C0C0C0.
Now Selections > Select None. Then Adjust > Blur > Glausian Blur This time set the Glausian Blur radius to 15.
Select the layer that you flood filled with the "Gray" gradient. Then Selections > Select All back to Selections > Float then again Selections > Invert. Now select the layer you just blurred. Grab your "Eraser Tool" again and start dragging your eraser all around the area we just blurred.
