Create a realistic metallic content box for your website in just minutes using Paint Shop Pro 9. I tried to make this tutorial as clear as possible. If you have any suggestions please let me know.
Step 10.
Create a new layer. Layers > New Raster Layer. Use your "Rounded Rectangle Selection Tool" and make a selection inside of the metallic content box. Be sure to leave some extra room at the top. Then Selections > Modify > Feather. Set the feather''s number of pixels to 2.
