In this Paint Shop Pro 9 tutorial you will learn a very quik an easy way to make a tile or repeatable image. These can be very usefull for patterns or a background for your webpage.
Step 01.
To start from scratch create a new document size 200x200px. Then flood fill it with the color of your choice. I used #9e94f4. Now lets add some balls/bubbles. Effects > Artistic Effects > Balls and Bubbles. This is a really fun tool and you can come up with all sorts of interesting effects. I would recommend click the "Radomize Parameters" button a few times. Its the one that looks like a die. This is what I came up with.
