In this Paint Shop Pro 9 tutorial you will learn a very quik an easy way to make a tile or repeatable image. These can be very usefull for patterns or a background for your webpage.
Step 02.
Now you have a cool little design but if you attempt to use it as a pattern or repeatable background image it doesn't match up. To fix this its very easy, go to Effects > Image Effects > Offset. You always want to set the Horizontal and Vertical offsets to half the size of your image so set them to 100. Make sure Center is checked and "Edge mode" is set to Wrap. This will split your image Horizontally and Vertically then flip it inside out. Hence making all the edges line up.
